Multi Trader Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Trade Specialist to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd. As a Multi Trader, you will be responsible for performing a range of site maintenance tasks, including repair and upkeep of various systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with multiple trade skills, such as carpentry, electrical work, and plumbing. You will be required to travel to different locations throughout London and the South, with occasional trips further North for holiday cover or additional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine site maintenance tasks, including repairs and upkeep of various systems.
  • Travel to different locations throughout London and the South, with occasional trips further North.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals.

Benefits:

  2. Overtime rates: time and a half for Saturday and night work; double time for Sundays.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
