Personality Disorder Service Manager

The Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Personality Disorder Service Manager to lead our Forensic Personality Disorder Service. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with individuals who have complex mental health needs and to contribute to the development of specialist services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of clinicians and support staff, developing and implementing service plans, and ensuring that all services meet the needs of our service users.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including opportunities for career development and a supportive work environment.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a registered qualification and professional registration in nursing, as well as current driving licence and experience of managing a team. Experience of working across forensic, psychiatric inpatient, and community care pathways is desirable.
