We're seeking an experienced Facilities Engineer to join our team at beBee Professionals in Crosby. As a key member of our facilities management team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. Your primary focus will be on performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing proactive measures to prevent equipment failures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on manufacturing equipment to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Develop and implement effective troubleshooting strategies to resolve complex equipment failures.
  • Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment usage and minimize downtime.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in maintenance engineering.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or certification in mechanical or electrical engineering is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment, is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including control systems and robotics.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
