Job Description:- Conducting planned preventive maintenance (PPM), inspections, and troubleshooting on electrical equipment, machinery, and systems.
- Identifying and repairing reactive electrical faults, ensuring minimal downtime and maximising equipment efficiency.
- Installing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and control panels.
- A recognised apprenticeship/industry qualification in Electrical Installation or Maintenance i.e. City & Guilds Level 3.
- Up to date 18th edition I.E.E. wiring regulations.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician, preferably in an industrial or commercial setting within a facilities management organisation.
