Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at HRS Healthcare. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding HCAs and Support workers within a defined geographical area in Sussex.
Key Responsibilities- Advertise roles and proactively source potential applicants using job boards, local events, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and interview applicants to ensure they meet the necessary qualifications and requirements.
- Process all compliance and pre-employment checks for successful applicants.
- A natural people person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 1 year's recruitment experience, preferably in volume recruitment.
- Knowledge of the healthcare sector is an advantage.
- The right to work in the UK and a clean UK driving licence.
- A competitive salary of £25,200 increasing to £28,350 on completion of the probation period, plus bonus.
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, based in the Whitstable office with parking available.
