Job Summary
Kennedys Law LLP is seeking an experienced Associate to support the Aviation team in handling a high volume of claims from start to finish, including pre-action injury claims, airline baggage claims, and delay claims.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our highly regarded Aviation Team, which is located in our London Office (with hybrid working). We are interested in speaking to candidates who have had prior Aviation experience in a law firm and have handled high volumes of claims.

Kennedys' Aviation team is focused on providing legal solutions to the entire aviation sector. We have extensive experience in supporting, advising, and representing the aviation sector and its insurers, from private flying to global air carriers and product manufacturers.

About the Cases We Handle
- We advise on the full range of insurance and claims, regulatory, and commercial matters.
Requirements
- 2-4 years' UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with the relevant experience
- Previous experience of handling a high volume of claims from start to finish
- Previous litigation experience in a law firm, particularly within Aviation
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Previous client contact and attendance at business development events
