Chroma Recruitment is currently working with a forward-thinking specialist in the oil and gas industry who are looking for a Digital Technology Specialist to join a new and growing department. Based at their site and offering up to £50K per year, this is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and innovative team dedicated to creative solutions.

The Digital Technology Team works directly with experts across the wider group to integrate digital technology into everyday practices.

As a Digital Technology Specialist you will be responsible for a wide range of day-to-day activities to support the development and usage of the latest technology. You will be a key player in the research and development of IT advancements. This opportunity will suit someone with a broad IT acumen who is keen to make their mark.

The Digital Technology Specialist position would suit someone from an OT Cyber Security background with working knowledge of IES 62433 standards and automation experience.

Digital Technology Specialist essential requirements:

  • Cyber Security experience
  • Automation and scripting (Python)
  • Broad IT acumen and enthusiasm

Digital Technology Specialist desirable requirements:

  • Software Development experience (PHP, JavaScript, NodeJS)
  • Data Analytics
  • IOT experience
