We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Operations Manager to join our team at Retail Jobs UK Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our flagship store in Bluewater, Kent.
About the Role:
- As a Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the store's operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- You will work closely with the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of store appearance and ensuring that all store policies and procedures are followed.
- You will also be responsible for managing the store's budget and ensuring that all financial targets are met.
