This role provides administrative support to the Administration Manager and a complete support service for the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Meeting and Greeting visitors
- Answering incoming calls
- Resolving invoice queries
- Processing of expenses
- Setting up of new vendor and client information
- Maintain accurate files and data in line with company policies
- Processing of purchase invoices and credit notes
The Office Administrator will be IT literate and a confident team player. You will have a good understanding of office procedures together with excellent communication skills and the ability to multi task in an ever changing environment.
Working ArrangementsThe hours of work are Monday – Friday 09.00 – 5.30pm with 1 day working at home (to be agreed).
