About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Sanitation Specialist to join our team at The Podium/Bath. As a key member of our nighttime cleaning crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in all areas of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to BICSc standards to deliver exceptional cleaning services that meet/exceed client expectations.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by following ABM's Health and Safety procedures and promoting a culture of personal responsibility.
  • Engage with the public effectively, providing assistance and support as needed, particularly in situations involving lost children, unwell individuals, or evacuations.
  • Carry out cleaning duties as directed by the team leader, identifying opportunities for process improvements and suggesting innovative solutions.
  • Support colleagues proactively, contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
  • Good communication and customer care skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • A smart appearance and commitment to maintaining a clean and tidy work environment.
  • Essential qualifications include good communication and customer care skills, while desirable qualifications include a driving licence and experience using ride-on machines.
