We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Live In Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead Worthing. As a Live In Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and companionship to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored support and companionship to our clients, based on their individual needs and preferences.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and meal preparation.
  • Support our clients in maintaining their independence and engaging in activities they enjoy.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent client outcomes.
Requirements
  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle and business insurance.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for caring and making a difference in people's lives.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary, from £125 per day, and 1.5 pay on bank holidays.
  • Paid mileage, 45p per mile, and paid car MOT.
