Business Development Manager

Job Summary
At Reconomy, we're dedicated to creating a truly sustainable world by conserving finite resources. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth and development within the Commercial and Industrial sectors, focusing on Printers, Box Makers, and Retailers.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop business partnerships to drive future growth opportunities
• Leverage relationships with existing customers to grow the Casepak offering
• Maintain and build relationships with new and existing suppliers to delight and innovate for customers
• Gather and report on market intelligence to support tendering and negotiation processes
Requirements
• Proven track record within the waste industry, with a preference for those who have worked in the paper/commodity sector
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present to a wide-ranging audience
• IT competence, with training provided in specific systems
