Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Clerk to join our team at Aston Carter in Peterborough, UK. As an Admin Clerk, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day clerical and stock management services, including the physical movement of stock, managing inventories, and maintaining confidential records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Gases and Parts inventories, including picking, storing, and processing orders
  • Compile and maintain confidential records
  • Set up appointments, schedule meetings, and distribute reports
  • Manage supplier/vendor relationships and analyze costs
  • Ensure customer/supplier/vendor relationships are maintained
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve procedures

Requirements:

  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Previous administrative experience is advantageous
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Ability to keep information organized and confidential
  • Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
