Office Angels is partnering with a forward-thinking client in the Education sector to find a skilled HR People Administrator. This is a busy office-based role, Monday to Friday, with a fixed-term contract of 2 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new staff and volunteers.
- Conduct compliance checks and maintain accurate records.
- Produce regular reports and presentations on HR metrics, such as turnover rates.
- Participate in People projects and contribute to the development of procedures, processes, and policies.
- Lead administrative duties in the People office, including recruitment, onboarding checks, and new starter activities.
- Keep People systems and personnel files up-to-date.
