Project Manager - Cloud Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our M365 cloud transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project budgeting, resource allocation, and utilization. This role demands a strategic thinker who can manage projects across various methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid approaches.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget, while ensuring the optimal use of resources and maximizing efficiency. They will handle all technical resources and coordination, set and achieve objectives, ensure top-quality control, handle client and vendor interaction, and act as the subject expert.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Management: Develop detailed project plans to track progress and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Methodology Adaptation: Employ a flexible approach to project management, applying Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies as per the project's requirements.
  • Budgeting and Cost Management: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project budgets and monitor expenses to ensure the project remains within financial bounds.
  • Resource Allocation and Utilization: Efficiently allocate and utilize resources, including personnel, tools, and technology, to achieve project objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with all project stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and devise contingency plans to manage them effectively.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Proven working experience (6+ years) as a Project Manager in a complex project environment.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid approaches.
  • Experience with project budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
