Welcome to Wales Medicines Strategy Group, where we are committed to providing high-quality training and education to our staff. We are currently seeking an experienced Digital Learning Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term contract of 18 months.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Digital Learning Specialist to design and deliver face-to-face IT training packages that support our Trust priorities. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing training materials, delivering training sessions, and creating e-learning packages.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality training packages that meet our identified Trust priorities. This may involve working with various stakeholders to understand their training needs and designing bespoke solutions.

As a Digital Learning Specialist, you will also be required to deliver effective IT training to small groups of staff across the Trust, including clinical, administrative, and managerial grades. You will need to be able to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner, using a range of media, including video, animations, and quick reference guides.

We are offering a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, which is reflective of the skills and experience required for this role. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about digital learning, we would love to hear from you.
