Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and caring individual to fill the role of Care Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, promoting independence and dignity throughout their stay with us.

About Us:
Our luxury care home is a small, award-winning nursing and residential home located in the heart of Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care and a warm welcome to all our residents and staff.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need to have the right to work in the UK. Previous experience within an elderly/dementia/mental health setting is desirable, as is an NVQ Level 1 qualification. However, we offer comprehensive training to help you develop your skills and confidence.
