Job Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced Logistics Equipment Technician to join our team at TGW Limited.

This position presents an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to progress their career in maintenance engineering or take their first steps in maintaining automated logistics equipment.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Carry out scheduled and reactive maintenance tasks on TGW-supplied automation equipment and third-party products.
  2. Optimise automation performance to prevent delayed order fulfilment.
  3. Prepare comprehensive reports on shift productivity, maintenance activities, spare parts consumption, and losses using DART and CMMS software systems.
  4. Analyse the root causes of equipment failures on TGW-supplied hardware and software.
  5. Adhere to current health and safety regulations.
Essential Requirements:
  1. NVQ level 2 qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing shift schedules.
  4. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Desirable experience in Materials Handling.

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £65,000 per year.
