Rydon Maintenance Ltd is a leading provider of hard facilities management and property maintenance services to various clients in the healthcare sector.
As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the statutory and contractual compliance of our hard services contracts with NHS Trusts.
This involves liaising with Service Managers to ensure compliance across the contract, auditing areas that do not meet compliance standards, and advising on improvements required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring statutory compliance for hard FM contracts and ensuring all inspections are planned and reactive works are completed promptly.
- Completing client reports on time as per contractual timeline.
- Working with Service Managers to provide performance information for Contract reports and ensuring self-delivered compliance related activities can be evidenced.
- Maintaining document libraries of compliance related evidence for estates and ensuring contract paperwork is completed and stored correctly.
- Ensuring health and safety responsibilities are understood and complied with by the site team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a contractual environment, specifically within a healthcare setting, with comparable industry experience in Hard FM services.
You will also possess excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, communication, and client relationship skills, with a proven track record of delivering to deadlines with high accuracy.
A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a car allowance of £4,872 per annum, 25 days' holiday (increasing up to 30 days), access to an employee discount scheme, company pension, life assurance, income protection, flexible benefits, and health and wellness benefits.
