Job Title: Agile Test Developer

Conventus Solutions Limited is seeking a skilled Agile Test Developer to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality test scripts for acceptance testing of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and modify existing test scripts for our Core/Hub Networks.
  2. Undertake formal and informal testing in support of our System Test Plan and Test Script proving on Test & Development Rigs.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Experience in preparing test documentation, including test plans, test scripts, evidence collection, defect reports, and progress updates.
  2. Proven experience in performing functional, non-functional, and regression testing.
  3. Knowledge of Microsoft Server 2012R2/16 core roles and features, as well as experience with documenting test procedures and writing release notes.
  4. Ability to respond to changing project time scales and prioritize work accordingly.
  5. Experience with Confluence and Jira, working within Agile methodologies.
  6. Exceptional communication skills with diverse and adverse audiences, strong critical thinking, and analytical skills.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  1. MCSE/MCSA Server 2012R2, VMWARE VCP.
  2. Virtualisation capabilities such as VDI and multi-tenancy.
  3. Military Information Services such as NATO FAS, UK Base Services, and MOD Business management applications.
  4. A firm grasp of PKI integration and utilisation, preferably with Defence PKI.
