Senior Vice President

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Vice President to join our Global Payments – Sanctions Screening Ops/Investigations team in Manchester, UK (hybrid role).

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year.

As a Senior Vice President, you will lead the development and implementation of training programs for teams involved in reviewing and decisioning sanctions alerts, ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations and industry best practices.

You will also be responsible for reviewing operations performance and adjusting training accordingly to continuously improve, providing expertise in Sanctions Screening, and adhering to Compliance and regulatory guidelines.

Additionally, you will identify and resolve high-impact issues by applying your subject matter expertise and evaluating complex business processes, systems, and industry standards.

You will work closely with various stakeholders, including Sanctions Compliance, Operations, Technology, Product, Risk & Control, to improve the experience for all stakeholders and clients.

As a Senior Vice President, you will also be responsible for recruiting, directing, motivating, and developing staff, maximizing their contribution, professional growth, and ability to function effectively as a team.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of relevant working experience, preferably in related roles, subject matter expertise in the Sanctions screening domain, and broad understanding of sanctions designations and investigations.

They must be highly self-motivated, a high performer, and able to handle all levels of complexity in their domain, multi-task with relative ease, and consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
