Digital Training Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced Digital Training Specialist to join our team at Henry Blue. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and planning skills, a high-level understanding of Adobe Master Suite programs, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Instructing students in their practical coursework, including filmmaking, TV and radio production, and print production.
- Supporting and guiding students to develop/improve camera and sound recording skills and print design skills.
- Training students in Adobe Master Suite programs such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- A strong understanding of equipment/software, including Adobe Master Suite programs.
- Ability to solve technical problems.
- Excellent communication skills and strong rapport with students.
- Motivation and patience to help students develop skills and produce high-quality work.
- Ability to work in a team across several different subjects.
Salary and Benefits:
$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Qualifications:
Degree in a relevant subject.
An enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
