We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our residential Lettings team at Burchell Edwards as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator. This entry-level role offers a comprehensive training program, where you'll learn all aspects of residential lettings and develop into a skilled Lettings Negotiator.

What We Offer:

Your Role:

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you'll be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion.

What We're Looking For:

Preferably an experienced sales person, exceptional customer care/service experience, resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a full UK driving license.
