About the Job

We are seeking a Technical Pricing Leader to join our team at NFU Mutual. This role is based in Stratford-Upon-Avon and offers an exciting opportunity to develop and recommend risk prices for our Personal Motor products.

As a key member of our Pricing Department, you will be responsible for delivering accurate risk costs that optimize premium strength while providing valuable insights into cost inflation drivers.

You will work closely with various stakeholders across the business, taking the lead on diverse pricing activities such as large-scale price builds, claims projections, and costing product changes and propositions.

This role also includes line management responsibilities to support the development of Analysts and Lead Analysts within the team.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in technical pricing roles, preferably in the general insurance sector
  • Strong knowledge of Risk Pricing
  • Experience in Reserving or Capital Modelling is desirable

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of pricing principles and be able to analyze complex data to deliver accurate risk costs.

Benefits and Salary
  • Competitive salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum
  • Annual bonus (up to 17.5% of salary)
  • Contributory pension scheme, up to 20%
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + buy/sell/save holiday trading scheme
