Monotype, a leading provider of type and technology solutions, is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify new business opportunities through phone and/or email outreach.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless lead routing and follow-up.
  • Stay up-to-date on Monotype's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to refine sales strategies and approaches.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and interactions in Salesforce.com.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Fluent/native Arabic language skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution ability.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with high energy and drive to succeed.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn quickly.
