About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Wills and Probate Professional to join our private client department at Connectment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a varied mix of cases related to Wills and Probate. Your duties will include assisting with the allocation of work within your department and helping with the training and supervision of junior team members.

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in handling a range of Wills and Probate cases from start to finish, including advising on and drafting various documents such as Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Trusts, Estate Planning, Wealth Management, and Inheritance Tax. You must also be IT literate and able to work effectively on a case management system. Additionally, you should be willing to participate in business development activities and have excellent client care and interpersonal skills.

We offer a range of staff incentives, including a competitive salary based on experience, flexible working arrangements, performance bonus, pension scheme, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and Christmas week closure. You can also bank additional hours worked to accrue further holiday days. Funding for training and/or subscriptions, staff discounts, employee social events, employee health and wellbeing events, long service awards, casual dress down days, bring your pet to work days, and onsite parking are some of the other benefits you can enjoy as part of our dynamic team.

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum depending on experience.
