Home Care Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Worker to join our team in Thirsk and Northallerton areas. As a Care and Support Worker, you will be working with customers in their own homes, providing care and support to enable them to live independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support to customers with various needs
- Assisting with daily tasks and activities
- Working closely with customers and their families to understand their needs and preferences
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and care plans
Requirements:
- Previous experience in care and support work is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driving license and access to a car
- Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to providing high-quality care
