About the role
As a Team Member in our cafe, you'll be part of a talented team making every day a little better for our customers. Your responsibilities will include keeping kitchen equipment and utensils clean and tidy, serving customers quickly and efficiently, and following food safety and hygiene regulations. You'll also be responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving food according to our cafe's delicious menu.

You will be responsible for
The following provides an overview of the role's key responsibilities and measures:
  • Managing kitchen equipment and utensils to ensure they are clean and tidy.
  • Serving customers with a smile and ensuring their experience is excellent.
  • Following food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure our customers receive safe food.
  • Preparing, cooking, and serving food according to our menu.
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy environment, including clearing and sanitising tables.


You will need
To be successful in this role, you'll need a commitment to hospitality and excellent customer service, knowledge of Health and Safety standards, and the ability to work efficiently and maintain a clean environment. You'll also need to be comfortable working in a team, have great communication skills, and be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
