Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Veterinary Professional to join our dynamic team at VC Evidensia UK as a Receptionist.

This part-time opportunity (3 days a week) requires someone who can deliver clinical excellence in a fast-paced environment, working closely with our experienced veterinary surgeons and nurses.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding client service, answering queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage appointment bookings, client records, and maintain accurate databases.
  • Support the clinical team during surgeries and medical procedures, ensuring smooth workflows.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a veterinary practice or similar setting.
  • Strong administrative and communication skills, with ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends.
