Job Opportunity

Cure Talent is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a family-run company, we design and build products dedicated to supporting the needs of children with a wide range of disabilities.

We are looking for an individual who can coordinate with our R&D, Operations, and Procurement departments to ensure the cost-effective and timely introduction of new products. This includes planning and overseeing new manufacturing processes, resolving production bottlenecks, and identifying and implementing processes for new products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful new product introductions.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality.
  • Manage design transfer, including project timelines, costings, and technical literature updates.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects using lean methodologies.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role related to process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in production process improvement for efficiency, including material utilization, time, cost, quality, and compliance.
  • Experience working with various materials, such as wood, sheet plastic, fabric, and sheet cardboard.
