About the Role

As a Cyber Security Training Instructor, you will play a critical role in educating and training the next generation of cybersecurity professionals. You will be responsible for leading instructor-led training sessions, both in-classroom and through online platforms, to impart knowledge and practical skills in areas such as threat detection, incident response, and network security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create and maintain up-to-date blue team training materials, ensuring they align with the latest industry standards and best practices.
  • Lead instructor-led training sessions, both in-classroom and through online platforms, to impart knowledge and practical skills in areas such as threat detection, incident response, and network security.
  • Provide one-on-one mentoring and guidance to students, offering real-world insights and advice to help them develop into proficient blue team professionals.
  • Evaluate student progress, performance, and skill development through regular assessments, assignments, and feedback sessions, and provide constructive input for improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies to ensure the training curriculum remains relevant and effective.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Training Instructor with a strong background in cybersecurity, education, and training. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in a related field, such as cybersecurity, information technology, or computer science.
  • Proven experience in a blue team role, including incident response, threat detection, and network security.
  • Experience in teaching, mentoring, or instructing adults, preferably in a formal educational setting.
  • Dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
