IT Audit and Assurance Manager

Audit and Risk Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Audit and Assurance Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for leading internal audit projects, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring the effective implementation of audit recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead internal audit projects, including planning, execution, and reporting
- Identify and assess risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of audit recommendations
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and external auditors
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve audit processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT audit and assurance, with a strong understanding of risk management and internal controls
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
- Strong knowledge of IT audit and assurance standards, including COBIT and ISO 27001
