About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents lead happy and fulfilled lives. You will provide companionship, support with daily routines and personal care, and participate in fun activities. You will also carry out light household duties to maintain a clean and tidy environment.

About You
We are looking for a positive role model with excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care standards for older people. Ideally, you will have a Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards it.
