We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Manager to join our team at Vistry Devon South West, based in Exeter. As a key member of our development process, you will be responsible for leading all matters of planning, from early site feasibility studies to informing acquisition and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on planning matters, working closely with the land and technical teams to inform acquisition and development.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Provide expert advice on planning regulations and policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in planning and development, with a strong understanding of planning regulations and policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
