We are seeking an experienced Ecologist Consultant to join our team at ITPEnergised. As a key member of our ecology team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our consulting business.
Key Responsibilities- Assume project management responsibility on ecology projects, or task management for ecological or ornithological elements on larger multi-disciplinary projects.
- Undertake ecology survey work as required and appropriate.
- Undertake or oversee the delivery of EcIA and stand-alone ecological assessments.
- Author ecology assessment reports and technical chapters.
- Prepare and manage protected species licence applications as required and appropriate.
- Prepare scopes of work and costs for input to proposals, as necessary.
- Contribute to business development, including initiating and participating in client meetings, networking events, conferences and seminars.
- Experience in ecology and ornithology, with a strong understanding of environmental assessment and management.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
