Job Summary:
We are seeking an exceptional Nursery Deputy Manager to join our team, responsible for guiding the development of our children and staff. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our nursery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the management team to implement daily, weekly, and monthly room checks and action plans.
- Monitor and address accident trends, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all children.
- Lead and motivate your team, providing tailored training and support to meet the needs of our nursery.
- Effectively manage resources, organize routines, and maintain open communication with senior management.
- Develop settling in profiles, short-term, medium-term, and long-term plans, next steps, and learning journeys for our children.
- Commit to the safeguarding of all children in our care, upholding the highest standards of child protection.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality care and engagement.
