Prior's Court Foundation is committed to providing exceptional staff training and development opportunities to support the growth and success of our team members.

As a Staff Training Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff, enabling them to provide the best possible support to our young people.

Our approach is based on the TEACCH methodology, which focuses on structured teaching and individualized support to meet the unique needs of each young person.

You will work closely with our senior staff to develop and deliver training programs that are tailored to the needs of our team and our young people.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our staff and young people
  • Collaborating with senior staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement
