About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School Teacher to join our team at a 'Good' Ofsted-rated primary school in Norwich. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons to Year 2/3 students and contributing to a supportive and dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lesson Planning and Delivery: Develop and deliver lesson plans that cater to the needs of Year 2/3 students, ensuring a high level of engagement and academic achievement.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a well-organized and safe classroom environment, promoting positive behavior and minimizing disruptions.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with other staff members to support the holistic development of students, sharing best practices and expertise to enhance the learning experience.
  • Policy Implementation: Adhere to the school's policies and procedures, ensuring effective implementation and a commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Have recent mainstream primary school-based experience as a Year 2/3 Teacher.
  • Skills: Demonstrate a good level of classroom and behavior management, with a willingness to adapt to the needs of the school and its students.
  • Desirable: SEND experience is desirable, but not essential.
