Job Overview

Adecco is seeking an experienced Compliance Monitoring & Safety Manager to join our client's team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance and airworthiness management, with a proven track record of ensuring compliance with Part-CAMO and Part-M regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a Compliance Monitoring Program that addresses all contracted maintenance support areas.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of the Compliance Monitoring System and implement follow-up actions as required.
  • Monitor compliance with Part-CAMO and Part-M regulations, including the establishment, revision, and distribution control of the CAME.
  • Liaise and communicate with relevant competent authorities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor all items carried out by nominated Continuing Airworthiness staff, including the analysis of the effectiveness of the Maintenance Programme.
  • Ensure technical records are kept as required by Part-M MA.305 and the adequacy and efficiency of maintenance planning and technical follow-up.
  • Implement strategies to streamline processes while maintaining or enhancing compliance standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhancement of compliance programmes.
  • Ensure all defect rectification and maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities, audits, and corrective actions.
  • Generate periodic reports for senior management detailing compliance performance, identified issues, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and training to CAMO staff regarding regulatory requirements, compliance procedures, and best practices.
  • Review and implementation, as appropriate, of any additional CAA/NAA national requirements.
Requirements
  • Technical studies and/or EASA Part 66 License.
  • Experience in a CAMO environment with a good track record and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Detailed knowledge of EASA Part-M/145 regulations, including Human Factors.
  • Experience with Aircraft Maintenance Programs and Operator/MRO Software.
  • Experience in VVIP operations and excellent IT skills, with experience with AMOS beneficial.
  • Knowledge of auditing techniques, including planning, conducting, and reporting.
  • Ability to communicate and present information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and 27001.
