Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client's property services division in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing business and contribute to their commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement cost plans for projects
  2. Manage contracts and ensure timely completion of works
  3. Liaise with operational teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  4. Reconcile cost/value reports and profit forecasts
  5. Work with the NHF Schedule of rates
  6. Approve sub-contractor and supplier payments
  7. Attend and chair progress meetings with clients
  8. Conduct regular site visits
  9. Oversee profit and loss with operational leads
  10. Manage cash flow


This role offers a competitive salary of up to £60,000 plus a package. If performance is good, there will be opportunities for progression and career development. Our client is an established maintenance contractor based in the South East, and this is a permanent position.
