At emagine Consulting, we are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our Agile practice. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in facilitating our Scrum teams and ensuring the successful delivery of our transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum teams to achieve their goals and deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to define customer journey vision and design.
  • Manage and coordinate project deliveries, project resources, and remove blockers.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure alignment and prioritization.
  • Coordinate Release Management & Deployment to ensure changes are communicated to users.
  • Manage the QA process to ensure all changes are delivered to a high standard of quality.
  • Deliver robust governance and risk management in line with bank policies.

Requirements:

  • Experience working within financial services institutions, ideally in the Regulatory domain.
  • Experience working in Scrum teams and delivering business projects in accordance with objectives.
  • Understanding and application of project delivery, including planning and tracking, risk and issue management, stakeholder management, and organizational implementation in an Agile environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Scrum framework, including tools and techniques.
  • Effectiveness in leading, coaching, and sharing best practice with colleagues.
  • Ability to manage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Certified Scrum Master or working towards qualifying.
  • Experience utilizing project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro.
  • Strong knowledge of the financial services technology landscape.
