We are looking for a skilled Housing Manager to join our team at CIH International Housing Group.

About the Job:

This is a fixed-term position until August 2025 with a salary of £40,915 based on a 37.5 hour week.

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating excellent housing services within a defined geographical area.

Key responsibilities include covering key tasks such as customer complaints, tenancy management, anti-social behaviour, lettings management and estate services.

Requirements:
  • Able to travel by car.
  • Experience working in social housing is essential.
  • Good knowledge of housing practice, law and service charge management.
  • Ability to demonstrate care, dare and collaborate values.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment.
  • Strong collaboration, networking and team player skills.
