Pursuing a rewarding career in early childhood education? We invite applications for an experienced Level 2 qualified Nursery Assistant to join our nursery team in London, Battersea.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the provision of high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will possess a Level 2 Certificate in Childcare and Education (or equivalent) and have prior experience working in a nursery or early years setting.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement educational programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students.
  2. Maintain accurate records of student progress and ensure individual needs are met.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
  4. Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures to ensure the well-being of our students.
Requirements:
  1. Level 2 Certificate in Childcare and Education (or equivalent).
  2. Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting is preferred.
  3. Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  4. Compassionate, patient, and nurturing attitude towards children.
  5. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
