Construction Project Manager

At Rullion Limited, we are seeking a skilled Construction Delivery Manager to join our team at Hinkley Point C, a landmark project shaping the future of UK energy. As a key member of the HPC Site Construction Team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives on assigned sections of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee health, safety, and environmental standards on site, conducting regular inspections and ensuring compliance.
• Coordinate and report on construction activities, leading weekly planning meetings and generating concise, informative reports to keep stakeholders informed.
• Act as a key point of contact with the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT), including contractors, project managers, and various stakeholders, to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure all construction and related activities are documented, inspected, and monitored, driving adherence to quality standards.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex construction projects, ideally within high-security or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of Commercial Principles and understanding of commercial aspects impacting construction operations.
• Qualifications: Degree or equivalent experience in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or Construction; NEBOSH, SMSTS, or IOSH certified.
• Working knowledge of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations, with the ability to implement these effectively on site.
