Job Overview
Pilgrims Europe seeks a highly skilled Senior Development Technologist Expert to join its NPD Team in Craigavon. This key role involves working closely with the Site NPD Manager, Technical, Commercial and Central Teams to deliver strategic plans for categories/customers, manage costings, ensure product submissions meet high standards, and maintain technical compliance.

Responsibilities
- In-depth understanding of the NPD Process from concept to launch
- Excellent communication skills at all levels and with various departments
- Generate and manage costings throughout the NPD process against targets set out in briefs
- Manage EPD projects effectively
- Collaborate closely with the Group Development Chef, Group Packaging Manager, and Procurement team
- Project and Critical Path Management
- Produce concept samples on time for customer presentations and submission forms
- Ensure accurate recording of information regarding final product sign off, processes, new ingredients, and packaging

Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in the food industry
- Proven track record in launching new products and effective planning and organizational skills
- Excellent IT skills for writing, accessing, analyzing, and reporting data
- Good working knowledge of excel spreadsheets and formula writing
- Proven experience driving an exciting food culture that puts products at the heart of what we do

Salary Range: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
