We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Primary Care Nurse to join our Primary Care team at HMP Eastwood Park, a Female Remand Prison located in Gloucester.
The prison houses around 360 patients, all waiting to be sentenced. As a Senior Primary Care Nurse, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse-led service and prevent hospital admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
- Undertake medication rounds and dispense controlled medication
- Attend emergency response situations and assess patients
- Develop and implement care plans to improve patient outcomes
