Job Details

This Business Process Associate position is a great opportunity to join Mortgage Intelligence and contribute to the growth of our business. As a Business Process Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Successful candidates will possess a solid understanding of financial services, previous experience in customer-facing roles, and CeMAP certification. They will also have excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on your level of experience.

Responsibilities:
  1. Process Support: Provide support to the onboarding team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to company policies.
  2. Compliance and Governance: Maintain thorough knowledge of FCA regulations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with customers, resolving issues promptly and effectively communicating with them.
  4. Pipeline Management: Effectively manage the onboarding pipeline to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
  5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas to drive team success.
Requirements:Education and Certification:
  • Good standard of general education
  • CeMAP
Work Experience and Knowledge:
  • Previous experience in customer services/customer facing role
  • Previous experience of an 'onboarding' process
  • Financial industry experience and an understanding of the network function
  • Knowledge of MI systems
Key Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
