Yorkshire Cancer Research is seeking an experienced Philanthropy Manager to lead the growth of our major donor portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with high-net-worth individuals and family foundations to secure significant income for the charity.

Key Responsibilities:

* Proactively approach and build long-term relationships with philanthropists and family foundations
* Develop and implement tailored engagement and stewardship strategies to deliver exceptional donor experiences
* Collaborate with the Fundraising team to achieve the charity's income targets and support the delivery of its plans to save more lives in Yorkshire and beyond

Requirements:

* Proven experience in major donor development and fundraising
* Strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and family foundations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
