We are seeking an exceptional leader to manage our factory manufacturing team at our Dorket Head factory in Nottingham. As a Factory Manager, you will be responsible for creating a flexible, effective, and multi-skilled workforce across all disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • People management and motivation to drive continuous improvement
  • Preparing and managing the Factory's annual budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and cash flow management
  • Ensuring the Factory 5-year plan is continually updated and delivered
  • Rigorous application of the Ibstock Manufacturing System to deliver efficiency improvements
  • Working collaboratively across all Ibstock Brick support functions to utilize specialist support
