We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our School of Science, Technology, Engineering and Professional at Kingston College. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for curriculum standards and outcomes for a number of programmes, specifically in Engineering.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Organising and coordinating delivery teams
  • Developing and meeting the School's Quality Self-Assessment and Improvement plans
  • Ensuring targets for recruitment, retention, achievement, success, progression, and student satisfaction are achieved or exceeded
  • Teaching on programmes and acting as a tutor for student groups, taking responsibility for their academic and pastoral care

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree or relevant professional qualification
  • Have excellent current teaching skills in Engineering
  • Experience of successfully leading managing FE and/or HE programmes
  • Monitoring and supporting 'at-risk' learners to achieve or exceed their potential
